Close proximity to shops, easy access (regular buses and close to bus stops) to the city centre and staff could speak english.
Sheets were not changed during stay and reception staff was rude during checkout.
Overall: During checkout i was quoted a different price from my booking, charged for meals i did not have and they tried to pass the blame onto me. (97836074)

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
