hotel in handy position
old and run down. peeling paint, no carpet in upstairs hallway, old shower screens tiny shower, noisy position, towels threadbare

Pillows too flat but the bed was good. We didnt get a room with a view which I thought we were going to. over all was good experience. Staff was great. Food was wonderful. Would suggest more to the breakfast menu, like eggs. And heat the breads. Nothing better than hot crossoints with coffee and your ho0tel was the only place we stayed they were cold.
Pillows...get new ones.
Overall: Next time I will be real clear of the window with a view. We would stay again. Clean the beautiful glass in the stair well. Its dusty and looks drab and unclean to new arrivals to your hotel. (97537309)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
