Excellent location and quality of service; wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The pool and gardens were splendid to spend a fews days doing nothing in, and Montepulciano is a short walk away (or an even shorter drive).
None, really; it's difficult to park in town, but there were no negative points about the villa at all.

Beautiful peaceful setting with lovely pool and rose gardens. Friendly helpful service.
Furniture in room was dated. Seating, desk chair and desk were rickety.
Access to parking lot is difficult to find and drive into. Steps on staircase inside inn slope down - very dangerous. No elevator as inn is many centuries old.
