Overall: clean and simple room, rather loud, but beautiful view, bathroom very little, no extra showerplace, no realitic parking possibility as discript, exceeded price (108345639)

Bathroom - shower so basic as to be unusable by the fastidious
Room overlooked main road to Pienza - noisy and no double glazing
Reception area so cramped that two guests arriving at the same time meant a wait outside
Instead of a warm welcome, receptionist recited a list of "do nots".

Hotel was warm cosy and certainly adequate. No meals offered however and bathroom was antiquated, especially shower arrangement (shower curtain on pole on floor of bathroom!)
Overall: Hotel was centrally located, included parking close by, was warm (cold weather at time) and staff were very pleasant. There were no meals available but this didn't matter too much as we were in the centre of town although on a night when it teamed with rain it would have been great to have been able to go to the hotel restaurant! The bathroom facilities were not particularly good - the shower was simply a curtained pole around an area on the floor which meant a certain amount of flooding. For one or two nights however, it was perfectly adequate. (97870065)

Wahnsinnige Lautstärke (Straßenlärm), hellhörige Zimmer, Badezimmerausstattung(keine Dusche, nur Vorhang) und -wäsche (Servietten und Küchentücher als Handtücher!!)
Overall: Aufenthalt nicht (zu dem hohen Preis) empfehlenswert. Es war viel zu laut (Straßenlärm und hellhörige Zimmer) und das Badezimmer war zwar sauber aber nur sehr notdürftig eingerichtet. (97931114)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
