Staff was very helpful and our experience with them was excellent. It was close to the airport

Both rooms, I booked, were extremely hot and the air conditioner/cooler did not work. In addition, the rooms were full of mosquitoes. We did not open the windows in fear more would come in but still got too many bites to count. It was a miserable stay.

Overall: Mosquito bites, extremely hot room and no sleep! We thought we were paying for a good nights sleep in a 4 star hotel, totally misrepresented!  (97124581)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
