Overall: The staff was so nice that it made up for anything that I could complain about.

The hotel decor was quite nice and the location was excellent.
The location we ended up staying in is part of a group of BB managed by Siena B&B so when we showed up at the Siena B&B address, we were told to walk 12 or so blocks across the city to the location our room was in. Once there the restaurant managers seemed to be the ones hosting the B&B service, but they didn't really know much about it. When we asked where breakfast was we were first told there was none and then later they corrected that and told us to go to some other restaurant down teh road that we never did find. Also, at checkout, nobody knew who we should pay, so we ended up just walking out and trusting that our credit card would be charged, which it was, but we had preferred to pay in cash. So, while we did enjoy our stay there the process was quite confussing.

colazione non adeguata al prezzo.
La mia camero aveva la doccia senza piatto. Dopo ogni doccia il pavimento era completamente bagnato e rendeva il bagno inutilizzabile fino all'asciugatura. Comunue il B&B hospitality ha diverse sistemazioni sicuramente non tutte allo stesso livello.
Al momento del pagamento mi era stato detto che il post per pagfare con la carta di credito non funzionava, invece dopo la nostra insistenza ha funzionato!
Overall: Nel complesso, rispetto ai prezzi di Siena, il B&B hospitality ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo buona e sicuramente una posizione ottimale per visitare Siena.

Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la posizione centrale dell'alloggio e la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale, buona la pulizia della camera.
Bellisima la città di Siena e gentilissimi i senesi.
Pochi bus turistici per dei tur dentro Siena e dintorni, esempio nessun mezzo pubblico che porti al castello di Monteriggioni, per raggiungerlo a piedi, dopo la fernata del bus TRAIN, si deve percorrere a piedi un tratto di strada extraurbana trafficata senza nessun sentiero parallelo o marciapiede per i pedoni, operazione ad alto rischio per la propria incolumità. Unica cosa recente le indicazioni con bei cartelli nuovissimi, con la scritta "Via Francigena". Sembra quasi una presa in giro o uno scherzo organizzato da qualcuno a cui piace vedere i pedoni o eventuali pellegrini stesi sull'asfalto. Sarebbe stato più ragionevole costruire prima i sentieri e poi mettere i cartelli.
Overall: E' stata una buona vacanza, la ripeterei volentieri.
