Very nice and clean. The staff was professional and helpful.

The jacuzzi that is advertised is not turned on. There is a 10 Euro charge for using it. There are 2 restaurants advertised but neither is open for the summer. They do offer the buffet breakfast, but no lunch or dinner is available. The "no changes" policy was not very clear. My reservation stated that changes could be made 24 hours in advance but I was not allowed to cancel my last night and ended up paying for it even though I had to check out a day early.

Overall: If there is a need to stay in San Vito, I think this hotel is a nice choice. It's right in town and very swank. Personally, I resent the advertisement of a jacuzzi when it is only offered at an additional charge and 2 restaurants when neither is open for the summer. It is for these reasons that I would not stay again.  (108549497)
