The bath was excellent
- The fridge did not work, and was not replaced after we told the staff on day 1 (we were there for 3 nights.) We subsequently had to store our food in the restaurant fridge. To clarify this, please check the notes for room 2302.
- There was a curtain covering a non-existent window.
- The hotel clearly did not warrant 5*'s
- It did not match up to the Eurostars in Barcelona, where we have also stayed.
- The carpet in the corridor was very dirty (floor 23)
- The location of the hotel is bad for leisure travel (admittedly this is our fault - I did not research properly because of the fantastic location of Eurostars Barcelona.)

el hotel se encuentra en un buen sitio bien comunicado, tiene buenas vistas a la ciudad
les debe haber caido alguna estrella del hilton que esta mas alto, porque este hotel es de cuatro peladas,
Overall: habitaciones justitas, limpias pero con falta de muchas reparaciones, le falta calidad para las cinco estrellas, baño completo pero pequeño. (108342315)

Eccellente il rapporto qualità/prezzo, hotel in posizione tranquilla fuori dal caos ma ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.
Tranne una persona alla reception, nessun altro sapeva la lingua italiana ne si sforzava di capirla.
Overall: Esperienza molto positiva che consiglio a chiunque. (107279193)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
