Location, within walking distance to tourist attractions
Street noise until 4 am, may have been a one off occurence.

We had a room above the entrance of the parking and the noise op opening and closing of the gate was enoying because it was rather loud. Also the television playing in the breakfastroom was something we did dislike - it was disturbing.
