Excellent room for class of hotel, room cleaned everyday.
No oven provided limited cooking facilities
Overall: Nice clean spacious hotel and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. No problems with security and overall felt very safe. Security guards were wandering about during the night and we had no problem allowing our kids to wander around the hotel grounds. One night we and friends were noisy (it was midnight) and we were asked politely to be quiet or leave the grounds. We had no problem with that they were professional and approached us in the correct way. That is also probably why we had a good nights sleep every night because they did a great job keeping everybody very quiet (nothing to do with the Bacardi). Overall excellent hotel and our stay was made especially good because the cooks, cleaners, reception staff, security guards and bar staff were all excellent. (99478570)

Room had not been fully prepared on arrival, previous peoples rubish was left in bins, no towels and no toilet roll. This was seen too quickly when we told the maid.
Overall: Good value, plenty of activities for adults and children alike. (97252507)

Excellent service, nice clean studio apartment and good value.
Only adequate cooking equipment - chopping board, corkscrew, sieve etc would have been useful.
Overall: Great value accommodation - we had a super stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. A little more cooking equipment would have been good. Room was cleaned/beds made every day. 24hr Reception was good. On road parking just outside entrance - always managed to find space. Close to several fine restaurants, bars and supermarket.
