Location

Furniture and fittings and bed in room were old and tatty something very nasty was sharing my bed and I had bites all over, I should report this to public health as the room was obviously infected. Breakfast is a joke the quality of the food is terrible-try the fruit juice machine and the cereals.

Overall: It is time you pulled it down and built something better,the rooms are small and the ambiance of this hotel is awefull.  (107977651)

Security for baggage room, non existent - we were given a card key upon a rrival as the room was not ready and were left with that key the whole weekend. bathroom Towels were almost see through Had to pay a deposit for pool towels - I have never had to do this before Staff were generally unhelpful We were unable to get ice to our room, told that its not possible as they needed the ice for the bar Fridge in the room was marginally better than useless Air conditioning was as the fridge - marginally better than useless Rooms extremely small Generally I would say that this hotel would be very lucky to get 3 stars let alone 4, I would strongly advise people against staying here and as a result would not use any other hotels in the group.
