spacious room, good location

noise from lift, noise from surrounding plumbing, unwelcoming staff

It had a fridge,clean and serviced every day. Breakfast had a good variety.

The bathroom door needed to be replaced,noisy toilets lack of soundproofing in walls, the laminate on the wardrobe doors coming off and looked very scruffy,

Good balcony on top floor. Staff very friendly and helpful

Was near lift mechanism which was noisy.

Overall: This basic hotel was great value for money (especially having a balcony)and I felt safe as a lone female.Good idea to phone ahead and ask for a nice room.  (99522142)

It was clean, cheap and friendly...exactly what we wanted! Also we were all situated in two rooms side by side which was very handy!

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room and adapter plugs in the hotel.

Overall: This hotel is very central in Santa Cruz. The staff were very helpfull and speak good English. Bring your own adapter if you wish to plug things in as they are not provided but can be bought locally for 5Euro. One of our rooms had a balcolny but the other didnt so maybe this is something that you can request as it was a nice facility to have in the evening time. Also if visiting this hotel you should know that there is no beach within walking distance but you can easily get a bus to Playa De La Teresitas which is a 15 min journey on the bus and it costs only 1Euro per person. (it is the last stop and a very nice beach). Also there is a Spar very near the hotel if you need to buy anything and we had a fridge in one of our rooms which was handy for drinks etc. we did not request this prior to our stay but I would request it if I were to stay again.  (99492413)
