Morasol Suites, Puerto Rico

This our second visit to the Morasol Suites having previously stayed for two weeks in September 2007. This is the cleanest and most well maintained hotel we have ever stayed in for either business or pleasure. The apartments rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day as are all the public areas. All the staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.

Whilst the appointments, decor and general amenity of the bar and restaurant are very good, the bar prices are far too expensive and for this reason we went elsewhere most evenings. Despite some attempt at organised entertainment such as an "Elvis" night and a "Canarian Night" the establishment lacks atmosphere and as a result, patronage from residents, which is a pity. Additionally, a previously well-appointed and friendly-staffed pool side bar "hut" has been removed and replaced with a very basic facility apparently after the previous catering management were replaced earlier this year.

Overall: We would recommend the Morasol Suites and it is likely we will stay with them again in the future. It is a pity about the bar prices and general lack of atmosphere, but you can either "self-cater" in your excellent apartment suite or find many other establishments in the vicinity to visit.  (108076183)

pool and sun area had loadfs of space. Accomodation very clean

Noise of workmen early on 21/2.Alos felt receprtion staff should have given better info on restaurants.Would n ot have been impresed with recommended restaurants behind Mc Donalds when there were so man y nicer ones- La Taberba, Cabillera Del Mer, Don Quoxite, El Cenador, Oscars. etc

Overall: we had a lovely Stay and would stay there again.  (97501257)

The accomodation was very clean. The furniture was modern and the views were lovely.

Overall: The apartments were in a central location with the beach being a couple of minutes walk away. The pool was a good size with plenty of sun loungers with tables. There was also a roof terrace with great views across the marina and sea. The apartments were furnished well and were cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly and professional. Altogether it made our stay very pleasant.  (97223752)

The accommodation is spotlessley clean and the staff are very friendly. The facilites are excellent and the location is perfect.

Being hassled on the door every evening to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. It makes you feel uncomfortable about leaving the hotel by the main entrance. Our room could have done with a little redecoration where some water had leaked in.
