Very good online check-in, helped me change dates. Food okay.
Lack of staff; those that were on duty were generally unfriendly and looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Room service handled by sole restaurant waitress, which resulted in lengthy waits. A series of power cuts over a 24hr period in the room. The toilet loose and wobbly. Used soap was removed and not replaced. Room cold; couldn't adjust the temperature. A very tired look and feel to the place.
Overall: I travel a lot on business, and all I ask for is a hotel with friendly staff that I can relax in, do my work, and get a good night's sleep -- doesn't have to be 4 or 5 star, just pleasant and functional. I'm afraid this hotel didn't meet any of those criteria, sorry to say. (108532664)
