Very good location, Good effiecent staff.
Food very expensive and limited selection. Cafeteria floor dirty needs to be cleaned more frequently as it would only take 3 mins to keep clean, especially when there is only a few customers as i our case. Would also like to see tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Overall: Overall very good and would use the hotel again but i would go outside for food if there is no improvement. (107426828)

i know it is our failing but the staff have very little english, caused a slight problem in the restaurant for a vegetarian member of our party as the english menu is out of date and there was very little choice offered her.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
