Clean large rooms , very comfortable, easy parking and good central but quiet spot in the city, very friendly staff!
We did not enjoy the breakfast. Poor quality and poor service!

Lovely setting, professional, friendly staff who spoke English, and handy location. Very large bedroom and bathroom provided which had one of the best showers I had ever used.
Overall: Although I provided feedback on the hotel before I left, which was all excellent, one small constructive piece of advise I would like to give, is the television offered various channels in Spanish and German and only one in English which was CNN. Although I like to see some news, only offering this provided no variety, It would have been great to receive BBC 1 & 2 or even an American satelite channel. (99454192)
The room and the general quietness of the hotel
Overall: The hotel was excellent in every respect. The staff were absolutely tremendous and very helpful. We thought we may have had difficulty in locating the hotel on the drive into Jerez but it was signposted all the way into town and consequently very easy to find. We were particularly impressed with the Ask Me service in the reception which made getting around the area very simple and we received good advice on all the local attractions.Overall I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
