It is a good rustic hotel, good value for money, with good facilities - even free broadband internet access, amazing when you consider how far away it is from civilisation.
I expected it to be in a nicer location - the front of the hotel is very close to the back of a service garage on the outskirts of Capileira. I expected better car parking. You have to walk outside to get between reception/lounge/bar, bedroom and the dining room. They have large walking parties which are sometimes allowed to take over things at the expense of other guests.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
