generally clean and well presented excellent coastal location
Rooms were a bit on the small side as was the balcony however some of the other balconies were bigger, also walls very thin able to hear children crying in next room late at night
Overall: Good value for money but a fair distance from the city centre and the airport ,staff were friendly and efficient there are bars and restaurants within walking distance , views from the hotel to the sea excellent, buffet breakfast great (99548021)

The hotel was spotless.The staff went out of their way to please.The gardens were well kept.All in all it was a very pleasurable stay.
It was very difficult to find anything to dislike.
Overall: Over all the stay was a lovely experience.The hotel was well situated in a quiet area with regular buses to and from the centre.Just one point I would like to make it was either a bus ride or a longish walk to find other restaurants or the supermarkets. (99580711)

Hotel was modern ,clean and rooms were very comfortable and quite
spacious . Good position for beaches .
Somewhat confused as when booking the web-site suggested that for 3 night Weekend bookings that Breakfast was included . I was charged for Breakfast which added 50 Euros to our bill . I printed off the confirmation straight from the screen which indeed said excluding Breakfast, leaving me unable to challange this at the hotel . On my
return I note my E-Mail confirmation does state Breakfast included at weekend . Also note 7% VAT is not included in stated prices ,although this is often the case in Spain .
Overall: Despite my gripe above I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santander . It is in the beach area of Sardinero which is only a 5 min bus ( 1 Euro ) or taxi ride from City centre . There are plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk and the super beach is only 100 m away . Hotel is very modern and rooms have balconies and good bathrooms . Staff were helpful and most spoke at least a little English . I think this hotel represents excellent value for money especially when considering what you would pay for a similar standard in the UK (99512612)
