Lovely building and decor. Bar and dining room staff great.
Where do I start? 202 euros per night and all apparently to pay for the renovation costs and works of art. Had to pay 22 euros each just to use the jacuzzi pools-couldn,t this be included in the huge room price? Also swimming hats compulsory-another 7 euros each! Had to book a time and have an hour. Had to change in room and go through hotel in bathrobes even though there are changing rooms in the spa. Had to use pools, showers and saunas in the order and manner dictated by staff. You are stuck at the hotel as it is a long walk into Boltano, which looks horrible. Kept waiting to check in and out by sole receptionist being constantly on phone
