Generally clean hotel with good general facilities and polite staff. Hotel is situated on the main road in San Juan, which was busy during the day and early evenings but was generally quiet at bed-time
It is a fair walk to the beach 45 mins, but there are buses and taxis as an alternative that we didn't use. Booked a double room but got 2 large singles pushed together. We ended up sleeping laterally across both beds. Check-In took a little while as room wasn't ready and although they didn't say, it didn't appear that they were expecting us via the internet reservation we made
Overall: Generally a positive experience of the hotel. There is very little English spoken in the area and the local language appears to be a mix of Spanish and Catalan. Got by on my basic Spanish but may be a problem if you don't have this. The resort has little to do but relax on beach and eat and drink in the evenings, which was generally good quality but could be a bit tedious if you want to be more active. We wanted to go horse or bike riding but there was nothing of this sort available (107224743)
