Original room was not made up but we were moved immediately to a nicer room overlooking the pool and received a nice apology in the form of chocolates the following day which was a nice touch.
Pool shut at 6pm which was disappointing for a city centre hotel as it would have been nice to be able to use it after a day's sightseeing.
Overall: Great value hotel not too far from centre. (108026358)

good location, helpful & friendly staff, great breakfast, nice bar area, overall good experience
noise from neighbouring rooms, cleanliness good but surfaces in room a bit dusty.
Overall: Palma is a beautiful city, make sure you see the castle on the top of the hill (bit of a hike up the hill from the hotel) & have a wander through the old town... the tourist bus is good too if you want to rest your weary legs :0) But, watch your pockets!! We were pick-pocketed by an old woman by the river trying to sell flowers... so, if anyone tries to sell you flowers, run! (99794419)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
