Cheap, clean, central and accessible
Room was bleak ( no natural light) didn't feel inclined to be in room except to sleep

Location and price were fantastic. Very easy to come and go. Room was always cleaned and prepared when I returned in the evening. Didn't have a car but they had a parking lot which I imagine made it extremely convenient for many guests
Shade for window and airconditioning didn't work. Room was extremely small and without natural light (although they had better positioned rooms). Earphones for television (to cut down on noise..which was good) was a pain. Not much information provided by staff.
