Good sized, clean room. Hotel facilities good, but some hidden extras eg use of gym

Checking staff did not know how to manage reserve No minibar No room service Elevators not working Very poor breakfast

Overall: This hotel should be ot be treated with the stars rating it has. It is just a touristic hotel with very very low quality service, were you can not even ask for an expresso, or cocacola upon breakfast. All the stars of the hotel should be taken down, end change them for: Cheap package Torists only  (97431312)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
