The hotel was professional and efficient
No great vlue for money - rooms a little on the small size - not very friendly - hotel had no soul.
Overall: While staff were efficient and professional - there was no atmosphere in the hotel Not sure if I would stay again in this hotel (108091696)

la centralità dell'albergo che ha permesso un contato diretto con la bellezza della città valutata ottimamente in precedenza tramite siti internet.
la rumorosità notturna che nella notte tra l'1 e il 2 maggio ha disturbato il riposo. Sono tuttavia convinto che l'episodio - relativo a manifestazioni di strada- sia stato occasionale.
Overall: Ottimo soggiorno in albergo centrale e confortevole in una bella città ben valorizzata nelle sue componenti storiche. (97737343)

How do I add a rating?
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
