we had our bed sheets changed, and when we came back in the room we found hair on the new sheets. We called up the reception, and they came up to change the sheets, but the staff actually wanted proof that the sheets were dirty, and were acting upset for calling them to change the shets.

Shower/changing area in the main male and female toilets which was great as our flight was later in the day after having vacated our room at 11 a.m.

Entertainment outside overlooking the pool area so an early night if room situated nearby would not be possible till after 12 a.m.

Overall: Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable value for money.  (107544719)

The hotel was cheap and cheerful, very centrally located in Santa Susanna with easy access to public transport, local amenities and attractions. It was a friendly atmosphere and everything we expected was provided.

The check-in process was dubious, with reception insisting that my passport was kept overnight for the first night's stay. Since i had already paid upfront, i was not convinced of the necessity or security of this practice. The room was small for three people, and there were leaks in the hotel. The food was not that great, especially not for kids.

Overall: A fine place for a family for a couple of nights, but be prepared to have to source other food if you pay for half board. Enjoy the little pool and general feel of the place.  (107220925)

Great value for money. Hotel in a great location.

Very rude check in staff. It would have been better if there was only one bed in the room, there were two which left no floor space.
