Our room was very noisy due to traffic, particularly motorbikes.
Staff were disinterested and surly
Overall: The hotel was unattractive. The interior had long, dark, bare corridors. Felt a bit like a prison. The room was ok, but very noisy, and the bathroom out-dated. We stayed only one night due to timings of flights, couldn't wait to leave! Very disappointing. (97298365)

Clean, easy to find, near center of city.
Overall: The hotel was very nice more typical of hotels we've stayed at in Canada. Not quite as homey as some that we stayed in in Greece. Check-in staff was more than accomodating, check-out staff disapointing in comparison. (99430325)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
