Very comfortable, all requirements provided. Warm room with bathroom window and balcony for ventilation if required
Room and bathroom slightly small
Overall: Very good service from very pleasant staff. Could have better snack facilities especially in the evening. (97933217)

The location and the room
The breakfast was very average - the pastries not fresh and of a general low standard.
Overall: Overall a good overnight stay hotel close to the centre of Iraklion. The showers were small but the shower attachments and pressure excellent. Rooms good but breakfast left a bit wanting and pastries not fresh.The staff were very good especially at check in. (97366882)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
