The staff where very helpfull, A railing across brakfast area would be safer for dining guests bye the step.
The room was very dark & peoples smoke from the hallways came into the bedrooms
Overall: A very kind & caring staff. I would recmend this hotel to anyone going to thessaloniki for any reason. (97991021)

We had an exceptionally well spoken and informative male employee who checked us into the hotel. He gave us accurate information about the sites in the city. He was very friendly and made our experience in the hotel and city a very positive experience.
The was as blonde female working at the front desk who obviously has very little communication skills and could not even address us properly in a civilized tone. She is most certainly not a person that we would like to see siting at that hotel enterance again. She was the evening nite person working. Her abilities included smoking cigarettes and ignoring customers.
Overall: The hotel has a prime location and easy to find in the downtown area. Very close (walking distance) to the shops and cafes that line the harbor. Parking is a bit of a problem, as there is not hotel parking. But if you are persistent you will find a spot on the street several block from the hotel. Space is at a premium here, so if you are looking for a room that is large, you might be dissapointed. There was a safe in the room and the beds had clean sheets, the bath had clean towels as well.
