Clean, very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location in the old city & 5 minutes walk from the harbour
Overall: This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel - previous was for a rugby match. Staff on reception recognised me & made everything a pleasure (107522319)

Very friendly & very clean. Right in the middle of the city near the daily market & only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour.

friendliness and helpfulness of staff, location, etc.
Overall: Have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed it immensely. Have no complaints and have recommended it to many of our friends. It is an excellent hotel for the value and the people there cannot be reproached for anything. They go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant to everyone. We noted many improvements in the hotel itself, as well, since our last visit there. But the same excellent staff is still there, doing what they do in an excellent way. (99663571)

Accomodation was adequate. Continental breakfast was OK.
The accomodation was basic and lacked essentials such as an iron. An iron was requested and not avaialable.
