would have liked to have a coffee pot in the room

Overall: The room was very nice, although I was under the impression that I was getting a full size bed, which turned out to be wrong, but they list things differenty in Europe I have noticed so now I know for future reference. The staff was curtious, I didn't ask for much help but I am sure that if I had they would have been helful as well. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was a way to make coffee and tea in the room for myself. I would definately choose this as my choice again if I come back to the area in the spring.  (97650369)

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
