Pulizia della camera.
Ostlità generalizzata,indisponibilità.
Totale disorganizzazione della zona piscina/animazione.
Caratteristiche da hotel 2 stelle.
Camere spoglie e letti scomodissimi.
Bagni con rubinetteria e scarichi danneggiati.
Ascensori non sempre funzionanti.
Acqua corrente non funzionante dopo la una della notte...
Overall: Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato al livello delle ns aspettative e una cosa che mi ha disturbato molto è stata la totale indisponibilità tendente quasi allo sfottò (risatine varie) della reception di fronte ad un problema/imprevisto occorsoci e chiaramente risolto autonomamente...ho avvertito proprio una indisponenza verso il cliente mai vista durante i miei innumerevoli viaggi...sconsigliamo vivamente questo hotel. How do I add a rating?
Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.
All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
