The Piano Bar Restaurant offers gourmet cuisine. The menus are an imaginative mixture of classical and modern European influences and include a selection of dishes made with fresh local produce. Situated on the hotel’s first floor, the restaurant has magnificent views over Great Victoria Street below, and is surely one of the best locations in Belfast to see and be seen. With its luxurious surroundings, impressive range of cocktails, music, entertainment, wide choice of food and a great atmosphere, there's nowhere better for a wonderful dining experience. Live music is provided by the hotel’s resident pianist Thursday to Sunday. The restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday, and from 18:00 to 23:00, Friday to Saturday. A selection of food is available from 12:00 to 18:00 in the lounge. The Causerie on the hotel’s ground floor offers a more informal dining option.
