This family-run bed and breakfast is just 5 minutes walk from Derry’s main shopping centres, restaurants, bars, theatre and cathedrals. The bus and train station is just 10 minutes’ walk away.
All of the rooms are cosy, comfortable and homely. The rooms have TVs and courtesy trays, and each room is centrally heated and comfortably decorated. Every effort has been made to retain the original character of the property, while also offering modern amenities at affordable prices.
A generous and tasty full cooked English breakfast is included in the price. Please note that no breakfasts are served during the Christmas and New Year season.

Arriving from Belfast via Dungiven on A6: When you reach Derry city, follow signs for city centre, which will take you past the train station and to Craigavon Bridge (note: do not follow signs for Foyle Bridge). Go right at traffic lights over top deck of Craigavon Bridge, at the end of the bridge, turn left onto Abercorn Road, signposted for Letterkenny. At second set of traffic lights, turn left on slip lane onto Bishop Street. Hotel is 100 metres on right hand side. Arriving from Dublin via Omagh/Strabane on A5: When you reach Derry city, turn left at traffic lights and go over top deck of Craigavon Bridge and follow above directions. Arriving from Letterkenny via Newtowncunningham/Killea on A40: When you reach Derry, go straight through mini roundabout onto Foyle Street towards city centre. Turn left on first street, Bishop Street, for approximately 300 metres, continue to the top of the street for approximately 500 metres and the hotel is on the left hand side opposite Mace Store. Arriving by bus into main city centre bus station on Foyle Street: Leave bus station and walk onto Foyle Street. Turn right towards city hall, red brick building with clock, and turn left onto Shipquay Street. Go to monument at top of street. Continue on straight around monument onto Bishop Street, then go outside the walls and continue to traffic lights, go straight for 100 metres (approximately 10 minutes walk from bus station). Arriving by train into the main train station on Duke Street, Waterside: Turn right when you come out of train station and walk towards Craigavon bridge. Go right over the top deck of the bridge and follow directions above (approximately 15 minutes walk from train station).
