The Towers guest house is a landmark Victorian building in a superb position with beautiful sea views, overlooking Hillsborough nature reserve on the South West Coast path and Ilfracombe’s picturesque harbour.
A 10-minute stroll will take you to the hub of the town and harbour offering a good choice of restaurants, cafes and public houses. There is also a golf course that is less than a mile (1.6 km) away.
The Towers offers a quiet, relaxing stay with many of the rooms benefiting from sea views. A hearty breakfast is served in the dining room and the guest house also caters for vegetarians.
After a busy day, the welcoming lounge gives you a chance to relax and perhaps chat with friends over a drink whilst enjoying the lovely views. With your comfort in mind, the guest house is a completely non-smoking residence.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Single night bookings will incur a charge of 5 GBP per person which will be added to your bill on departure. If you are likely to arrive after 20:00 then please contact the hotel to ensure someone will be available to greet you. Please note that this is a completely non-smoking guest house.
We have 5 en suite rooms and 2 rooms with private facilities. Most have sea views and they are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, including little extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We have 3 double rooms, all with their own particular charm. Views of the sea and Ilfracombe harbour can be enjoyed from some rooms.

This charming, bright dual aspect room on the 1st floor of the tower has a outside private bathroom. The room offers lovely views of the sea and Ilfracombe harbour.
This popular room is bright and spacious with lovely views towards the harbour. The room is not en-suite, however, there is a wash basin in the room and the private shower and toilet is located immediately next to the room on the small landing.
This delightful large room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It can be used as a double, twin or family room (for 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years of age). See below for child charges. In the tower of the guest house, there is a large fully fitted en suite bathroom. The room offers lovely sea views of the harbour and Hillsborough nature reserve.
Local Bus and Coach stations are just a short walk into the town centre offering National Express services to the local area and beyond. If travelling by Rail, services to the station at Barnstaple are available from the town centre. We are happy to assist with your travel arrangements if required.
