Crompton's French Restaurant: Along with its traditional, intimate decor, the restaurant offers superb French cuisine with service to match. Full à la carte and fixed price menus are available, with meals served from 18:00 to 21:45 (Monday to Saturday). Crompton's Bar: Adjoining Crompton's French Restaurant, the bar offers a wide range of cocktails and aperitifs amid elegant surroundings. The bar stays open for residents until very late in the evening. Jenny's Restaurant and Bar: A modern restaurant and bar, very popular with the locals. The Big Britannia Breakfast is served here, with its extensive selection of hot and cold dishes. At lunchtime, there is a super value buffet and traditional roast meal on Sundays. In the evening, an extensive fixed price menu offers a selection of traditional and modern tasty meals. The Pizzeria: Enjoy the jolly Italian atmosphere found within the pizzeria. DirectionsBy Car: From the South: - Exit the M6 at junction 19 (Knutsford). - At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit, the A556 (for Manchester). - Go past Mere Platt Farm and turn right at the 1st roundabout (M56). - Follow signs for Manchester and go under Hulme Archway to the roundabout. - Take the 2nd left into Medlock Street. - Turn right at the 2nd set of traffic lights at Manchester Central (formerly G-MEX). - Go through the traffic lights at McDonald's into Portland Street. - The hotel is on the right, just after Yates's Wine Lodge. From the East: - Exit the M62 at junction 18 and turn left for Manchester. - Follow the slip road onto the M60 and continue for 1.6 km (one mile) until it ends. - At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit for the A570 to Manchester. - After 3.2 km (2 miles), turn left at the Halfway House pub. - After 3.2 km (2 miles), bear left and follow Piccadilly.
