Payment Information: All payments must be made directly to the hotel upon check-in. The Hotel will charge 3% surcharge for all credit card payments. Please note that the hotel accepts VISA and MasterCard for booking purposes however Maestro may be used to pay on arrival. Amex is not accepted at the hotel or for confirmation. From Saturday to Thursday, the hotel reception is open from 07:30 to 22:00. Guests who would like to stay out later than this time may obtain a key/card to the main door for a deposit of GBP 10. The GBP 10 deposit will be returned upon production of a valid receipt. Reception is open all night on Fridays.
