Restaurants and Bars
The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 21:00. On Fridays and Saturdays only a bar menu is available from 19:00 to 20:30. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Both the bar and restaurant will be closed from 24 December 2007 to 2 January 2008.
Directions
By Road A1(M) J8 - A602 to Hitchin M1 J10 - A505 to Hitchin Follow directions to Bedford. The hotel is just outside Hitchin town centre on A600. By Rail Train times to Hitchin from Peterborough 45 mins, Cambridge 25 mins, London Kings Cross 32 mins. Hitchin Station is 5 minutes drive/20 minute walk from the Firs Hotel. Luton Airport is 20 mins drive and Stanstead Airport is 45 mins drive. London Airports can be accessed by both car and mainline train stations.
