Centrally located in the coastal town of Cleethorpes, this small, family-run guest house is set in a peaceful area, within easy reach of the shops and sea front.
During your stay you can easily explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and nearby market towns of Louth and Brigg. For a more cultural stay, Lincoln, with its magnificent cathedral, is nearby, as is the historic market town of Beverley, with its beautiful minster, and Hull with its delightful Marina and international ferry terminal.
In the evenings you can relax in the Comat’s comfortable guest lounge, complete with a well-stocked bar and a selection of videos to choose from.

This superior family room consists of 2 adjoining rooms with a single entrance. The parents' room has a four-poster bed and the children's room has twin beds. The rate shown is for no more than 2 adults and 2 children. Bookings for 3 or 4 adults will not be accepted.
The Superior Double is larger than an ordinary double and has a separate sitting area with a leather settee and a coffee table.
A full English or continental breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 until 09:00. There is a menu to choose from so you can have as much or as little as you like.
By Car: - Follow the signs to Cleethorpes seafront. - After passing Woolworths on the right and Barclays Bank on the left, turn right at the mini roundabout. - Continue for about 150 metres. - On the right-hand side is a library; turn right up the left-hand side of the library. - The Comat is 50 metres further along on the right.
