Ideal for a restful, restorative break, the hotel has excellent relaxation and leisure facilities and a lovely location, within easy reach of the beautiful Lancashire countryside, and the Lake District.
Situated on the outskirts of Preston, on the A59, just minutes from junction 31 of the M6 motorway, the hotel is easily accessible. The excellent access to the region’s major road network makes the hotel a great base from which to explore the region. The Ribble Valley and the Yorkshire Dales are also within easy reach.
The hotel’s superb facilities include a leisure club with an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a sauna, a steam room and a fully equipped gym. The on-site beauty room has a dedicated beautician permanently on-hand, offering a whole range of relaxing and therapeutic treatments at an additional cost. Appointments with the beautician must be pre-booked.

Thursday 24th December: Check in from 2pm onwards where Traditional Lancashire afternoon tea awaits. Enjoy a Buck's Fizz drinks reception then onto a four course set dinner. Entertainment will be provided by Carol Singers. Visit to a local midnight mass. Coffee and mince pies will be served upon your return. Friday 25th December: Full English breakfast will be served in Horatios's Restaurant. A Four course Christmas Day Lunch, followed by Christmas cake and refreshments from 3pm-5pm. Our Christmas Day gala buffet awaits you at dinner. Saturday 26th December: Full English breakfast will be served in Horatio's Restaurant Traditional Lancashire Lunch. Farwell dinner followed by singing and dancing. Sunday 27th December: Full English breakfast will be served in Horatio's Restaurant
Wednesday 30th December: Check in from 2pm. Traditional Lancashire afternoon tea awaits you. This evening's candlelit dinner will be served in Horatio's restaurant with music and entertainment from 7pm. Thursday 31st December: Reception welcome by a traditional Scots piper. Enjoy a selection of our chef's freshly prepared canapés and a glass of sparkling bucks fizz. Dinner is served at 7:45pm then enjoy our resident cabaret until midnight. Afterwards our resident DJ will supply entertainment until 2am. A Full English Buffet Breakfast will be available each morning in Horatio's Restaurant.
The hotel has a variety of menus available to suit all tastes. The bar and room service menus offer everything from light snacks to full meals. Horatio's restaurant serves an à la carte menu with a full selection of starters, main courses, desserts and daily specials. For those with special dietary requirements, all needs can be accommodated upon arrival.
