Although the focus is on seafood, there are many other dishes, including prime Orkney beef, lamb and vegetarian meals. The Stane Bar serves lighter meals during lunch and evening and has over 90 malt whiskys to choose from.
Edinburgh Airport is a straight and easy 15-minute drive from the hotel and, for extra convenience, there is a regular airport bus service, which leaves from right in front of the hotel. A regular bus service also runs regularly from the bus stop just outside the hotel, ideal for exploring further afield within Edinburgh.
