Directly opposite the pebble beach, this elegant Victorian property is ideally situated some 150 metres east of the Pier on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, boasting superb views of the English Channel.
Perfectly located for the beach, pier, shops, theatres and town centre, the Marine Parade Hotel is also within minutes’ walk of the station and the Wintergarden Conference Centre, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.
In the evenings, after a long day, you can relax in the Reception Lounge, where you can read the paper, select a book from the bookcase or play cards/table games. Alternatively, you can enjoy a drink in the bar/lounge, which has stunning sea-views.

Start your day with a full English breakfast, as well as juice/fruit/cereal or porridge and toast. Served from 08:00-09:00, or at other times by prior arrangement. Good traditional English food is served at dinner (18:30) with a choice of 3-course menu and served with coffee afterwards. Dinner is available only if pre-booked. Directions
By Car: - Follow the signs to the seafront. - Head along the coast and 100 yards before the pier you will find the hotel. By Train: Either take a taxi from the stand directly outside Eastbourne station, or walk to the seafront, then turn left and you will find the hotel just past the pier.
