The Lincoln Hotel - B&B, Scarborough

Our hotel is situated within the North Bay of the popular North Yorkshire seaside town of Scarborough. We are close to all North Bay amenities, as well as having easy access to the town centre and south bay.

The hotel offers bed and breakfast with the option of a home cooked evening meal. The friendly atmosphere is designed to make your stay both comfortable and happy. All our rooms are en suite with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Evening meals, bar meals and packed lunches are available. Guests have their own keys with access at all times.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit

A fixed amount of GBP 40 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Children older than 2 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

If the stay is for one night only, the full amount will be taken. From March to October Minimum stay at weekends is three nights. Any late cancellations or no shows are liable to incur a charge of two thirds of the total cost of the room unless any nights we are able to relet. This charge will be taken from the credit card given as security. It is the policy of the Lincoln Hotel not to accept reservations for single males or females or stag or hen parites. We only accept families, couples and senior citizens. Late arrivals are acceptable if prior arrangements have been made with the hotel.
