Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 10 years are charged GBP 5.95 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children from 11 to 18 years are charged GBP 11.95 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

By car: From London: - take the M2 heading for Dover - follow signs for Ramsgate as the M2 becomes the A299 Dual Carriageway - at Manston Airport, the road becomes a single lane (do not follow signs for the Ferry Terminal, as the hotel cannot be reached from there), keep heading for Ramsgate until you see signs for Sea Front or the Motor Museum - follow signs for these attractions until you see the hotel on the marina, overlooking the yachts in the Royal Harbour.
