Breakfast is included in the price and consists of an unlimited supply of fruit juices, tea, coffee, toast, and cereals, followed by a full traditional cooked English breakfast. The hotel has a fully refurbished and extended bar with a pool table. The bar also offers cards, darts and karaoke and there is a quiz machine and piano. Bar meals, sandwiches and a wide range of drinks are available. The bar has an extensive range of spirits and liqueurs and offers a wide selection of cocktails. There is even a chance you could have a cocktail named after you. Chilled champagne is always at hand for those special occasions and the bar is open until late for a quiet nightcap. In November 2008, the Cascades Restaurant underwent a complete refurbishment and a unique water feature was incorporated, hence the name. The hotel’s restaurant is now open to hotel guests and members of the public alike, with much more choice in terms of both dining times and the dishes on the menu.
How to find us If you can find the sea at Blackpool you will have no trouble finding the Vidella Hotel. Travel North along the sea front (sea on your left) past the Tower on your right, then the North Pier on your left. At this point the road bears right around the Metropole Hotel (where the tramlines cross onto the road), Turn 2nd right after the Metropole Hotel (Cocker Street). Continue for 50 yards and turn left at the crossroads. We are the first hotel on the left.
