This recently refurbished, friendly hotel with spacious accommodation rests in a peaceful country location.
The hotel is easily accessible and convenient for the Eurostar, Eurotunnel and the Channel ports of Dover and Folkestone, Ashford, Maidstone and Canterbury.
The hotel's gym is solely for the use of guests. The hotel also offers you a corporate pass to the nearby Livingwell Health club in Ashford. (Passes are subject to availability from the hotel reception.)

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All our rooms have large double beds, duvet, extra pillows and luxury en suite facilities including power showers.
The Bar lounge offers a varied menu including sandwiches, hot & cold snacks and various starters, main courses and deserts. These are available from 9.30am - 11pm on a daily basis. There is also a Gastro pub on site which offers an extensive a la carte menu and carvery. Guests dining at the Hop Pickers Gastro Pub are more than welcome to charge their meal onto their room account. Breakfast is available Mon-Fri from 6.30am - 9.30am. Breakfast is available on Sat & Sun from 7.30am - 10.30am.
Driving Directions: - The hotel is 4 miles north west of Ashford town centre. - From the M20 take junction 9 and at the roundabout follow signs for the A20 for Lenham and Charing. - Continue for around 4 miles until you pass an Esso petrol station on the left hand side. Take the next left and you will find the hotel.
