Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

By Car: - Take the M6. - Exit at junction 32. Or: - Take the M55. - Exit at junction 4 or onto the A583. Then: - At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn right onto South Park Drive (signposted for Blackpool Zoo). - Approximately 1/4 mile later, bear right at the mini-roundabout onto East Park Drive. - The entrance to Herons' Reach is approximately 1/4 mile further along on right-hand side.
