Ruthin Castle is the ideal place to stay when you want to tour North Wales, Mid Wales, and the North West of England.
Nowhere can a visitor enjoy the 'Regal' splendour of the principality of Wales in such comfort or in such verdant surroundings as they can at Ruthin Castle. Ruthin Castle provides hotel accommodation, a restaurant and bar, medieval banquets, and the ideal location for your business conference or wedding and reception. Currently under ongoing decorative refurbishment, no disruption to the guests is expected.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
These rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard, all rooms en-suite and in the main castle building.
These room have just been refurbished to a 4 star standard, with some baths large enough to share. Special features include a walk in wardrobe and plasma televisions.
These comfortable en suite rooms are in the South Wing of the castle. Some rooms are suitable for twin beds - please state this when making your booking. Please note: these rooms have not been refurbished, but do comply with 3-star standards.
We are pleased to announce that in August 2002, the aa awarded the Ruthin Castle a Rosette for the quality and service of the food in our restaurant. Our chef constantly strives to be inventive and to maintain a high quality.
Ruthin Castle is 200 yards from Ruthin Town Centre and is situated on the a494 Corwen Road.
