The Beresford Arms Hotel was built at the turn of the century in Ashbourne, and is an impressive mock Tudor building. Tissington Trail is nearby. Alton Towers is 15 minutes away, as is Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Calke Abbey.
A privately owned hotel situated in Ashbourne. The hotel has 18 very comfortable bedrooms, a fully licensed bar and restaurant, which serves bar meals and also a table d'hote menu of specially prepared locally sourced foods.
All rooms are en suite with colour TV, hospitality tray, telephone and trouser press. We have a wide variety of rooms available, from singles to family rooms for 5 people.
We have ample car parking and children and pets are welcome. We offer special short stay breaks and are open all year.

A variety of double rooms are available. All of the double rooms are tastefully decorated. The view from the room varies depending on which room you are allocated: front, rear and side-facing rooms are available. Every room includes a welcome tray and a flat-screen TV.
These large rooms have one double bed and one single bed. A cot or a small children's bed can easily be added to this room.
All twin rooms have one single bed and one double bed. Rooms are available on the first or second floor. Rear, side and front facing rooms are available with views of Ashbourne.

The Beresford Arms Hotel offers traditional food, plus an à la carte menu. All food is prepared fresh and is locally sourced. The restaurant is open all day for bar snacks and dinner is served until 21:00.* Candlelit evening meals are available * 7 days a week. Private dining for parties in the Station Room is also available. All dietary needs are accommodated for - please state on booking. * The restaurant is open Sunday and Monday evenings (only for prior arranged guest bookings) between 17:00 - 20:00. Please book a table on booking information if you would like to dine.
By road; M6 - exit at J15, follow A50 to Uttoxeter, A515 to Ashbourne, first roundabout straightover, at mini roundabout by leisure centre turn left, hotel 150 yards on right. M1 - exit at J24, also signposted A50 to Stoke, A515 to Ashbourne, first roundabout straight over, at mini roundabout at leisure centre turn left, hotel 150 yards on right. Public transport: Buses to Ashbourne are available from Uttoxeter, Stoke & Derby, the bus station is just 2 minute walk from the hotel. Nb Ashbourne doesn't have a train station.
