Bridal suites are situated in the original house which dates back to 1604. Many have original features including beams, large feature stone fireplace on the first floor landing, and a priest hiding hole. We have kept and used a lot of the Victorian and Edwardian furniture. In some rooms we have put together a modern yet contemporary feel even down to the installation of flat screen LCD televisions, with free view channels. The Bridal Suites have the added facility of an open plan lounge with TV. The rooms have either double or king size beds, with quality 9 tog quilts covered in Egyptian satin stripe covers presented with colour co-ordinated cushions. Hospitality trays with named brands are provided and most halls and suites are now fitted with iron and ironing boards.
Located in the original section of the main building, all rooms are en suite, with tea and coffee making facilities.
Aspects is a Pizzeria and Grill Restaurant, serving international cuisine. Aspects was born out of the two rosette Churchills restaurant and the Pizzeria of the Year Winstons. This new restaurant merged the best of both and then with a continental twist we put in an early evening fixed price menu and a fixed price a la carte style menu with speciality dishes. We pride ourselves on using local fresh and seasonal food, with our beef coming from the butchers own herd, and hung for at least 28 days, much longer than Jamie Oliver's Finest Range, giving a lovely chocolate marbling colour which grills to perfection. Breakfast is available from 7am to 9am Monday to Friday and 8am - 10am Saturday and Sundays.
