Comfort Hotel Heathrow is conveniently close to the M4, M25 and M40 motorways, and is well-located for access to local business areas such as Stockley Park. On-site parking is available (at an additional cost). A payable shuttle bus service operates regularly between the hotel and terminals 1, 2 , 3 and 5 of Heathrow Airport. Passengers travelling to Terminal 4 can use a free connection service from the central area with the Heathrow Express.

Seasons Restaurant is a modern, open plan restaurant offering international cuisine and an à la carte selection. It is open for buffet breakfast and dinner only. An extensive bar menu is available all day in Seasons Bar. Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00, and dinner is served from 18:00 until 22:15.
By Shuttle From Heathrow Airport: - The shuttle bus service to/from Heathrow leaves outside terminals 1, 2, 3 & 5. The current price is GBP 4 each way (prices are subject to change). - The Heathrow Hoppa starts at 05:00 from the hotel and runs at intervals of 35 to 40 minutes. The last pick up from the airport in arrivals is at 22:45 from Terminal 3. The bus number is H8. The bus number for Terminal 5 is H58. By Car: - Exit the M4 motorway at junction 4 and exit the main roundabout for the A408 (Uxbridge) and the major road intersection. - Before reaching the lights at this intersection, get into the extreme far left lane, signposted 'Other Directions'. - At this point (which is a small T junction), you will be able to see signs indicating Hayes to the right, which will take you through a main set of traffic lights across the main intersection and into Shepiston Lane. - Please note that Shepiston Lane runs parallel to the M4 motorway. - Continue for approximately 2.4 km/1.5 miles past the Esso Garage on the right, and hotel can be found on the right-hand side just past the fire station.
